The menu for this coming week can be viewed here. Please have orders in by Sunday at 10pm for pick up Wednesday 4-7 and Thursday noon-3.
A note on salt: if you order soup, you will very likely need to salt to taste at the table. The taste of salt dulls over time, so the taste of the salt I add when I make a soup diminish over time, but of course the sodium will remain. It just makes sense to salt at the table and to taste.
Please return jars before October 6th to get deposits back. I will be changing the way I do jar deposits so I can better track jars and hopefully get them back in a little more timely way i order to continue to support the zero waste mission. They must be jars from Julia’s Kitchen and must be intact with undamaged lids. Please do not bring lids with stickers from other businesses, as I cannot use them. If you need to arrange a different time/location, please let me know and I’m sure we can easily arrange it.
There are leftovers from this week – sloppy joe, kitchari, quiche, cashew yogurt, cream cheese,raita, mini focaccia, and a few other things. Please let me know if you are interested…
