Hello and happy Sunday! I hope you have enjoyed this late Summer weekend.
As you might have noticed by now, I'm constantly trying to evolve and improve and so I have reorganized and slightly adjusted the menu for the coming week and beyond. I've tried to make it more clear and detailed, but of course you can always request more information or clarification. If you have already ordered, you don't need to make any changes, but if you still intend to order, please read through the new menu and order accordingly (by noon tomorrow. I did add sprouted buckwheat roulades for $4.75 each. They are offered in two flavors: raspberries and cream (with cashew) or filled with carob hazelnutella.
I really enjoyed teaching the Flavor and Balance class yesterday. I am already thinking about the concept for the next class and will let you know here when I have a date.
