View it here, and maybe get those orders in so you can focus on your weekend and holiday festivities and know that healthy food is under control for next week! Pick up times are as usual – Wednesday July 5th 4pm-7pm and Thursday July 6th noon-3pm.
*In case you didn’t get orders in for this week, there are lots of extras, so come check out the grab and go from noon-3pm tomorrow. Or, stop in for lunch between 12:30-2pm when I’ll be serving up 3 different options:
- black bean soup garnished with red cabbage slaw, pickled radish, and jalapeno millet muffins
- sprouted quinoa veggie bowls with roasted (sprouted) chickpeas
- veggie pancake wraps – naan overstuffed with red lentil veggie pancakes, crispy veggies, and fermented cashew raita
$12.50 or get your zero waste discount (10%) on any of these three meals by bringing your own plate/bowl and water bottle.
*I’m planning another class for July 29th at 11am (hopefully to beat the heat!). The theme will be flavor…how to understand the balance of flavors (with Ayurvedic six tastes as the guide) and make nourishing and delicious sauces that will transform and uplift any meal. Some of your fav sauces will definitely be included in this class (lemon ginger, fermented cashew cream cheese/raita, pesto, balsamic or chipotle drizzle/aioli…). $55 per person. Preregistration/pre-payment requested.
