What a beautiful Spring day after a welcome day of rain!

The breakfast special for today is strawberry buckwheat waffles, served with coconut cream and toasted pecans.
The sauté is sprouted French lentils with kale, cauliflower, carrots, caramelized onions, and a lemon-ginger sauce.
We also have some amazing fig-lime scones, sprouted quinoa muffins, cinnamon rolls, jelly rolls, and of course our full savory menu.
