Julia’s Kitchen Menu for the weekend of March 17th – plus fresh pressed juices! March 18, 2012

Hello and happy weekend!

First, I want to let you know that we have fresh pressed juices, juiced with much much love and commitment to your health! We have a green juice and a carrot lemonade individually bottled so every last nutrient is saved for your hungry cells. They are pressed with a Norwalk juicer, which I understand makes the best juice out there.

Hot cereal: Kheer with figs and pepitas

Weekend special: Apple-stuffed crepes with blueberry sauce and almond-chia cream

Soups:
•Curried Yellow Lentil and vegetable
•Tofu and Vegetable

Salad: green salad with kale, cabbage, carrots, beets and a carrot-fennel-ginger vinaigrette

Sauté: sprouted mung, vegetables, and millet with Lemon-ginger sauce

Have a fabulous day! Don’t forget, you can pick some stuff up at delilah’s too!
