Hello! I hope you have enjoyed the beginning of a beautiful weekend!
We are starting to shift our menu as we transition into Spring. We will have daily-inspired salad everyday, plus a variety of salads in our grab and go. We will keep on doing warm soups until it’s time to move to cold soups…
The specials this weekend are:
Hot cereal~orange kaniwa with figs, apricots, and almonds (kaniwa is similar to red quinoa; another super grain. It’s a good source of quercetin, which is a natural antihistamine! Just in case you have a cold or allergies…)
Salad~green salad with beets, cabbage, carrots, and pickled red onions, topped with croutons and a tahini balsamic vinaigrette
Sauté~sprouted French lentil and potato hash with cabbage, carrots, and creamy lemon-sesame sauce
Soups~*red lentil coconut Curry served with naan
*cream of broccoli served with millet bread and carrot pate
Weekend special~apple-stuffed crepes with apricot sauce and almond-chia cream
We also have some yummy cupcakes, cinnamon rolls, scones and more!
We open at 9am and breakfast is served all day; we offer our full menu from 11-3, then from 3-5 you are welcome to pick up some dinner from our grab and go. You can play all day and let us feed you!
