It could be my timing is a little off, but we have added salads to the menu! Right now, we have the following in our grab and go…

*Green salad with carrots, cabbage, pickled onions, and baked tofu with a sweet mustard vinaigrette

*green salad with beets, roasted sweet potatoes, pickled onions, and sprouted mung beans in a tahini vinaigrette

If it’s warm food you need, the soups of the day are:

*Cream of broccoli (cannellini bean

*Sprouted red lentil coconut curry

And our sauté:

*sprouted mung beans, millet, roasted root vegetables, cauliflower and kale in a lemon- ginger-garlic sauce

Plus yummy orange millet porridge for a sweet way to start the day…

Of course, we also offer our regular menu and an array of other soups, dips, and treats in our grab and go. And kale chips are back in stock, though they don’t last long…
