Welcome to a beautiful weekend in Boulder! I hope you all have plans to enjoy this bright, crisp sunshine today! In case you need some food to fuel whatever adventures your weekend holds for you, here is our menu for the weekend…

FYI – we’re going to stay open a bit later on the weekends for now, until 5pm, and we’ll see about adding later hours in the future as needed; I’ll keep the hours updated on this blog and on the phone message and I’m happy to hear your input.

AND we’ve got chocolate and vanilla cupcakes this weekend!

  • Hot Cereal: $4.50; creamy millet cooked with fresh, sprouted almond milk, pears, figs, and dates then topped with toasted coconut milk and spiced pecans
  • Crepes (weekends only): $7.00; lightly sweetened crepes made from sprouted grains and stuffed with cinnamon apples, then topped with berry sauce and nut cream
  • Breakfast Bread Pudding (Sunday only); $6.00; sprouted quinoa, buckwheat, or millet bread baked with a spices and a fruit-sweetened coconut cream and a nut-cream topping. Adaba Granola sprinkled on top, optional
  • Soup: Curried Yellow Split Pea and Vegetable Soup, served with naan


  • Daily Inspired Saute $8; Sprouted French lentils, millet, roasted cauliflower and sweet potatoes, kale, and caramelized onions with a lemon-ginger-garlic sauce
  • Veggie Pancake Saute $8: savory pancakes made from sprouted beans, vegetables, and spices served with a gingered tomato sauce (mild or spicy) on a bed of quinoa.
  • Hummus Pizza $7: sprouted grain sourdough crust with your choice of vegetables
  • Kitchari $7: Indian comfort food; mung beans and brown basmati rice seasoned with turmeric, ginger, and lemon and served with our version of naan


  • Side of Veggie Pancakes $4
