  • Creamy Sprouted Cardamom Quinoa with apples and figs

Entrees:

  • Saute of the Day: Crispy Sprouted Mung Beans and Vegetables $8
  • Veggie Pancake Saute with mild or spicy tomato sauce; savory pancakes made from sprouted beans, vegetables, and spices served with a gingered tomato sauce on a bed of quinoa $8
  • Trio of Dips; e.g. French Lentil and Shiitake Pate, Za’atar Hummus, and Carrot-Almond Pate or Yam butter with an assortment of dippers $6
  • Hummus Pizza on a sprouted grain sourdough crust with your choice of vegetables $7
  • Kitchari, Indian comfort food; mung beans and brown basmati rice seasoned with turmeric, ginger, and lemon and served with our version of naan $7

Accompaniments:

  • Side of Veggie Pancakes $4
  • Single Dips and dippers $4

Treats!

  • Scone of the Day: Apple, Raisin Pepita $3
  • Muffin of the Day: Gingerbread Muffin; made from sprouted buckwheat $3
  • Cinnamon Rolls; made from sprouted quinoa
  • Breakfast Bars, made from sprouted grain flours, carrots, seeds, nuts, figs, and filled with an almond-chai frosting – mildly sweet, uber satisfying $4
  • Brownies, carob blondies, chocolate chip cookies, graham cracker sandwiches $1
  • Raw Cashew Coconut Macaroons, Fig Bars, and Lemon Ginger Drops $1/ea or $4/pkg
  • Adaba Bars, made from amaranth, nuts, and seeds; cashew pecan, tahini raisin, original almond, or almond apricot $1/ea, $2 or $4/pkg
  • Raw date and nut whipped cream on top of any of the above $1

PS – at around 5pm, all of the unpackaged treats go on sale as day olds!
