Soups; $5 for a bowl of soup and bread:

  • Red Lentil Coconut Curry
  • Minestrone

Hot Cereal; $3/small, $5 large

  • Millet with blueberries and brazil nut cream, topped with chopped nuts and toasted coconut


  • Saute of the Day: Sprouted French Lentils, kale, millet, cauliflower, and sweet potatoes with lemon-ginger-garlic sauce  $8
  • Veggie Pancake Saute with mild or spicy tomato sauce; savory pancakes made from sprouted beans, vegetables, and spices served with a gingered tomato sauce on a bed of quinoa $7
  • Trio of Dips; French Lentil and Shiitake Pate, Za’atar Hummus, and Carrot-Almond Pate with an assortment of dippers $6
  • Hummus Pizza on a sprouted grain sourdough crust with your choice of vegetables $7
  • Kitchari, Indian comfort food; mung beans and brown basmati rice seasoned with turmeric, ginger, and lemon and served with our version of naan $7


  • Side of Veggie Pancakes $4
  • Single Dips and dippers $4


  • Scones: Fig and Pear, Berry; made from sprouted grain flours $3
  • Muffins: Cinnamon Raspberry and Apple-Pear-Blueberry, made from sprouted quinoa $3
  • Breakfast Bars, made from sprouted grain flours, carrots, seeds, nuts, figs, and filled with an almond-chai frosting – mildly sweet, uber satisfying $4
  • Brownies, carob blondies, chocolate chip cookies, graham cracker sandwiches $1
  • Raw Cashew Coconut Macaroons, Fig Bars, and Lemon Ginger Drops $1/ea or $4/pkg
  • Adaba Bars, made from amaranth, nuts, and seeds $1/ea, $2 or $4/pkg
  • Raw date and nut whipped cream on top of any of the above $1

Tea $2/$3 with daily nut milk

Grab and Go:

  • Kitchari
  • Vegetable Soup
  • Lentil, kale, and Sweet Potato Stew, with or without Millet
  • Veggie Pancakes with mild or spicy sauce
  • French Lentil pate (suggested pairing – sesame flatbread crackers)
  • Carrot-Almond Pate (suggested pairing – millet bread or multiseed bread)
  • Za’atar Hummus (suggested pairing – multigrain crackers)
